How do I sign up?

Becoming a member is easy! You can for an account. Or, once you find a product on ZingSale that you would like to us to watch for you, just click the "Create A Sale Alert" button. You will then be asked for your email address, which we need so we can tell you know when that item goes on sale!

Once you give us your email address your account is created! Afterwards, be sure to check your email for a welcome message from us which will have instructions on how to access your account, set up a password, and manage your alerts.

How is it different than a comparison shopping engine?

Comparison shopping engines only return the lowest price at the time of your search. While you can certainly use ZingSale in this capacity, ZingSale goes beyond these shopping engines by monitoring prices from thousands of online merchants until we find your requested discount. ZingSale lets the deals come to you!

What makes ZingSale.com unique?

ZingSale.com is a free service that enables bargain hunters to find price discounts on the web. Users simply specify the items they want and how much they would like to pay and ZingSale.com does the rest — scouring millions of products from thousands of online merchants until it finds the requested discount. ZingSale.com is fun and easy to use and requires no upfront registration or software to install.

How accurate are your prices?

The prices displayed in the search results pages are generally no more than 30 minutes old. However, there are occasions where retailers aren't able to provide us with their absolute best price on a product. For instance, a store may offer a special rebate, a coupon code, or some other type of incentive on their web site, but not make that information available to us. This does not happen often, but when it does it's often for electronics like Televisions and DVD/Blu-Ray players.

How does it work exactly? How do you know when something goes on sale?

Once a ZingSale alert has been created, the system will add that product to the monitoring queue. ZingSale continually watches our network of online merchants for lower prices, and when your desired product is available at or below your desired price, you will receive an email notification.

Where do you get your prices from?

Many of our product prices come from Amazon.com — which gives us the ability to monitor prices from thousands of merchants who sell their products through the Amazon.com web site. These include major retailers like Target, eToys, Ritz Camera, Jos A. Bank, Foot Locker, TigerDirect, GolfSmith, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Avon, L'Occitane, PETCO, The Apple Store, Banana Republic, and many more.

Do I keep getting alerts beyond the initial discount on a product?

Yes. When an item reaches your requested discount we will send you an alert. However, we will continue to monitor the price of the item looking for even better discounts. If we do find a better price, we will send you another alert. If you do not want ZingSale to continue to monitor the price of the item for you, you can easily cancel the alert by logging into your account and removing the item from your dashboard.

How come I see one price in the search results, but a different price when I go to add the alert?

The prices displayed on our search results pages are generally no more than 30 minutes old. When you click the Zing It button, we instantly perform a quick search across thousands of online merchants to retrieve the lowest price. If the price has changed, the alert creation screen will always display the most current price.

How many different price alerts can I have?

You can create an unlimited number of ZingSale price alerts.

How long are things on sale for? Do I need to act right away?

Because prices can change very quickly, we recommend acting as soon as possible to take advantage of the deals we are able to find for you.

Do you resell my email address or information in any way?

No. ZingSale will never sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information that you share with us, ever. Serious. It's a promise. Read our privacy policy for more information.

What happens if I forget my password?

You can retrieve your password by accessing the password reminder page. Type in your email address and your password will be sent to you.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, simply login to your account page and click the "Delete My Account" button. Once you delete your account all of your product alerts will be immediately removed.
